NaltraCare is a technology platform only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Doctor Responsibilities
Doctors are solely responsible for the accuracy of medical information, prescriptions, and advice.
Doctors confirm they hold valid licences to practise in Australia.
Clinics are responsible for their staff actions.
Patient Responsibilities
Patients must provide accurate personal and medical information.
The platform is not a replacement for emergency medical care. In emergencies, patients must contact local emergency services immediately.
Appointment Policy
Appointment availability depends on doctors.
NaltraCare is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or no-shows.
Consultation fees are determined by doctors or clinics.
Limitation of Liability
NaltraCare shall not be liable for medical outcomes or treatment results.
NaltraCare shall not be liable for misdiagnosis or incorrect prescriptions.
NaltraCare shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on medical advice provided by doctors.
Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for false credentials, misuse of the platform, or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
